So a few days ago I got a text from my lovely friend Rosie, and it read thusly:  Please tell me a really beautiful book that I can get out of the library that I will understand. Because she is adorable and constantly underestimating herself. I recommended Jane Eyre, The Great Gatsby, Pride and Prejudice, Life of Pi and The Time Traveller’s Wife, as Rosie tends to like romantic stuff (Pi because it’s just incredible, rather than romantic, of course). And hey, looks like I got listened to, because here’s Rosie reading Jane Eyre. Not bad.
